3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Chopped basil

      When cooking a meal, and you looking for a bit more spice. This is a good way to make a fresh chillies, which you can refrigerate, and then use it later to add a little spice to your recipe. So this is how you do it.

      I like to use them when making some spicy pasta sauces like my pasta aglio oglio e pepperoncino, but you can use them with just about any recipe, just make sure the person you’re cooking for likes it spicy first!

      Place the chillies in a roasting tray

      Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil

      Add 1 teaspoon of salt

      30 - 40 minutes

      Mix well and roast in oven at 220 deg C for 30 - 40 minutes, mixing occasionally

      Then remove from oven, and set aside to cool.

      Add a tablespoon of chopped basil, mix wel.

      Then put the chillies in a jar big enough

      Cover with olive oil

      Place lid on and refrigerate. Use as and when needed and keep in fridge.
