Traditional Italian Food is very simplistic. It is about fresh produce cooked to perfection with a delicate tasteful sauce that doesn’t take away from the main ingredient of the meal (meat or fish), but instead compliments it.
Often people trying to cook italian food make the mistake of trying to do too much… Add too much ingredients, too many herbs or spices. Or a particular favourite – too much garlic!
