Healthy Italian Food For Children
Eat traditional italian food and eat healthy and you will have fun doing it’ la vite e bella’ (life is good) when you eat well.
There is nothing better than feeding your children good food, many of my custormers are brought to my restaurants by their children wanting to go eat at uncle Paolo’s and the children are soon to tell you if they dont like something and what they do like they will not just eat anything because they are hungry like adults will, they know what they want to eat and most time will choose healthy foods before the parents will.
If you feed your children good tasty italian food from a very early age you will find they will grow up to be very good eaters not picky eaters, meal times will be more enjoyable and you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are a good parent feeding your children good healthy food not processed or full of additives.
I have feed my grandaughter Alicia from 4 months old good italian food at first it was pureed and then as we ate Alicia would eat the same as we did, pasta, chicken broth, chicken and salad, we have found Alicia to be a very healthy child with few coughs and colds.
Make meal times a joy with your children and more importantly teach them healthy eating habits from a very early age.
